I once thought it was the worst feeling, craving desserts while you’re trying to eat healthy. For some women, the most atrocious time of the month turns us into ice cream guzzling, chocolate slurping monsters.
For me, I’m blending dates and making brownies with them.
Raw Chocolate Brownie step by step
Ingredients: 20 dates give or take
1 cup raw almonds
1 heaping tablespoon cocoa
1. Soak dates in water for 20 minutes.
2. Blend dates, cocoa, and almonds. together in a food processor/blender. You might have to check and mix a few times to get everything together.
3. Mold into a container and place in freezer for an hour.
4. Makes 2 servings, or one if you’re feeling bad about life. Chop a banana, add berries, or cocoa and powdered sugar. Enjoy!
